I'm Katya Solomatina. I am from Moscow (Russia) and I live in Belfast, UK.

I am an interdisciplinary artist. My main focus is motion graphics, but I also do sound design for theatre and modelmaking/puppetry design for theatre and film.

In digital art I use Cinema 4D, Arnold, After Effects, Newton3 & Procreate. And as for my source of inspiration it is 90s, fairytales, early TV-commercials and people ;-)

 

I have a blog called Katya's Magical Toys where I publish my model making projects. And I run a youtube channel under the same name, where I talk about prop making and things that go wrong.
